I got mine around two years ago and I haven’t been happy with it. I’ve tried every variety of DV tape with the same results. Low light is grainy and terrible. Color saturation even in the best light is awful and mine picks up a very annoying motor noise through the mike when recording
I’ve mostly used it as a firewire web cam. It works pretty well but not what I intended, I like ordering from TigerDirect. Their prices and shipping are excellent but I really would like to smack the sales people for their promo video for this camera. Thanks guys! Thanks so much for such a misleading ad. I should have returned this junk when I had the chance.
